Paul Green Consulting Options

"I plan to be a colleague, not a competitor,
to internal and external consultants."

Do you want Paul to ...

... observe interviews, participate in selection decisions, and give feedback to interviewers?

... develop an interviewing system with duplicating rights and a license for use with your employees?

... lead an interview development and training event beginning with a work analysis for a specific job, and followed by interview development and interviewer training?

... coach your employees and / or spouses in career transition, how to prepare honest, specific examples to use in behavior based interviews?

... be a experienced, confidential, "sounding board" for HR problem solving and strategic talent management?

Proposals

The success of a consulting engagement is often determined by the objectivity of the proposal. Practically, this means that the proposal should be a strategic tool for the client, not a sales tool for the vendor. Accordingly, a reasonable charge is set for proposals involving large scale implementations.

In addition to giving objectivity to the proposal, this policy also means that you may choose to use ideas in the proposal (1) to engage Paul Green fully or partially on a project, or (2) to use proposal concepts in the implementation of another vendor or consulting group.
